Obituary of Anna Brunner

Anna Brunner, age 95, died Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital. Ms. Brunner was born January 4, 1921 in Ganna, Hungary, the daughter of the late John and the late Theresia (Pol) Brunner. She lived in Wayne. Ms. Brunner was a nursing assistant employed by St. Joseph's Home in Totowa before retiring. She was a member of Golden Agers of Wayne. Ms. Brunner is survived by her beloved siblings, Maria Rubonis, Theresa Kollar, and Joseph Brunner; her loving niece, Monica Maguire and dear nephew, Anthony Rubonis; and four nieces, and a nephew in Hungary. Visiting hours will be Monday, March 28, 2016 from 9-10 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne which will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Entombment will be in Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa. Memorial donations in Ms. Brunner's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905
