Obituary of Carmen Frank Ambrogio

Carmen Frank Ambrogio, age 89, died Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Health Center at Bloomingdale. Mr. Ambrogio was born July 31, 1926 in Paterson, the son of the late Carmelo and the late Bertha (Pescatore) Ambrogio. Mr. Ambrogio lived in Bloomingdale and served in the US Navy during World War II. Before retiring, he was a supervisor employed by Ecko Glaco in Paterson. Mr. Ambrogio is survived by his beloved wife Betty(Melvin); his loving daughter Gail and her husband Jack Geissler, and son Carmen John; his devoted grandchildren, Michael, David, Carol, Allyson, Kyle, and Jacqueline; and cherished great-grandchildren, Steven, Cara, Matthew, Lucas, Kayla, Maddie, Dacson and Evy; and brothers, Charles and Roy. He was predeceased by his daughter, Linda Simpson; his grandson, Michael; and his brother John. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home and will be celebrated by Fr. Michael Lombardo. Interment will be in Fair Lawn Memorial Park, Fair Lawn.
