Obituary of Robert Cahill

Robert Cahill, age 93, died Monday, October 5, 2015 at Hospice of New Jersey. Mr. Cahill was born November 4, 1921 in Ringwood, the son of the late Albert and the late Anna (Henderson) Cahill. He served in the US Army during World War II. Mr. Cahill lived in Wayne and was a heavy equipment operator for many years for Kadel Construction, N. Haledon before retiring. Mr. Cahill is survived by his beloved daughter Suzanne and her husband Volker Loewrigkeit, four loving sons, Robert and his wife Kathleen, Kevin and his late wife Debra, Jeffrey and his wife Karen, and Richard Cahill; nine devoted grandchildren; nine cherished great-grandchildren; and his dear sister Dorothy Morse. He was predeceased by his wife, Olive L. (Fredericks) in 1992. All services are private at the request of the family.
