Obituary of Lorraine M. Briggs

Lorraine M. (Montalbano) Briggs, age 73, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Lorraine was born October 25, 1941 in Passaic, NJ the daughter of the late Bart and the late Ida (Fiori) Montalbano. She lived in Wayne. She was employed by Foly & Montalbano, Esq. in Clifton as a Secretary before retiring. Lorraine was a member of Our Lady of The Valley R.C. Church, Wayne. She is survived by her loving daughter: Charlene A. Briggs, cherished granddaughters; Sabrina, Kendra & Natalie, her dear brother: Bernie and his wife Pat Montalbano and his children Paula Rubenocker and Mark Montalbano. She was predeceased by her son: Kenneth V. Briggs in 1984. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 6-8 PM. The funeral Mass will be Wednesday at 10:30 am at Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church, 630 Valley Rd., Wayne and will be celebrated by Father Peter Wells. Private cremation will follow. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 20 Mercer Street, Hackensack, NJ 076015608
