Obituary of Edna M. Oldham

Edna M. Oldham, age 81, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Ms. Oldham was born August 26, 1933 in Haledon, the daughter of the late Luke and the late Edna Marie (Smiley) Oldham. She lived in New York City for 40 years and most recently in Wayne. Ms. Oldham served in the US Army and was a retired nurse previously employed by various New York hospitals. Edna was a kind and caring nurse, donating much of her time and service to those in need at no charge. Ms. Oldham was a member of St. Mary's R.C. Church. She will be missed by many beloved friends. Visiting hours will be Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral Mass will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes. Entombment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum, Totowa.
