Obituary of Virginia C. Otte

Virginia (Ceccarossi) Otte, age 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Care One at Wayne. Mrs. Otte was born December 18, 1930 in Everett, MA the daughter of the late Camillo and the late Maddalena (D'Alleva) Ceccarossi. She lived in Wayne the last four years and was formerly of Lincoln Park. Virginia was a sales clerk at employed by Daffy Dan's Retail Fashions, Totowa and previously at K Mart in Wayne before retiring. She was a long time parishioner of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Lincoln Park She is survived by her loving children: Jake and his wife Lorraine Otte, Matthew and his wife Linda Otte and Virginia Otte and her husband Frank Banko, Jr., two sisters: Mary Pellino and Carmela Moore; 10 grandchildren: Jennifer Lantigua, Jonathan Sanchez, Justine Sanchez, Michael Maxson, Matthew Otte, Sandra Otte, Thomas Otte, Madeline Otte, Cody Winters and Garrett Winters and three great-granddaughters, Nataly Lantigua, Destiny Mori and Sophia Otte. She was predeceased by her husband, Orris , a brother, Philip Ceccarossi and a sister, Rosalinda Krause. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 1-3 & 6-8 PM. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 7:00 pm will be celebrated by Father Thomas Mangieri. Final disposition is private. Because she devoted her life to children, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905
