Obituary of Wanda Spadafora

Wanda (Sordi) Spadafora, age 88, died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Mrs. Spadafora was born March 18, 1924 in Bronx, NY the daughter of the late Ilio and the late Vince (Braceliano) Sordi. Mrs. Spadafora was a resident of Emeritus in Wayne and was formerly of Pompton Plains. She spent most of her life as a mother and homemaker in Pompton Plains and was often seen walking to and from town. Beloved mother of Laura and her husband LTC (Ret.) Robert Cheripka; and devoted grandmother of Alicia, Michael and Andrew. She is also survived by her former husband Arthur Spadafora. Mrs. Spadafora was predeceased by her brother, Frederick. All arrangements were private.
