Obituary of Mae Munsinger

Mae nee (Stansfield) Munsinger, age 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. Mrs. Munsinger was born August 7, 1922 in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late Ernest John and the late Emma (Hester Hand) Stansfield. Before retiring, she was employed by Hillside Laundry & Dry Cleaners, Paterson and was also head of Security at the Griffin Home in Paterson while working with the blind and disabled. She is survived by her loving sister Louise and her husband Eugene Umstead and two sister-in-laws: Theresa and Catherine. Mae also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, George in 1982, four brothers, Charles, James, Ernest and Arthur Stansfield and two sisters: Lydia Clouser and Dorothy Pugh. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A graveside service will be Wednesday at 10:00 am at Fair Lawn Memorial Park, Fair Lawn.
