Frank and family, our hearts go out to you. Mr. Wagner was such a kind and soft-spoken man. Even though we only had a few occasions to socialize with him, he will be remembered fondly by us. Frank and Alex, you will keep his legacy going through his company, and your families. God Bless!

So many great memories!
One of my earlier memories is seeing Grandpa on the porch reading the paper and watching tv. I loved sitting with him and listening to his stories about the war, his childhood and stories about my mom and uncles.
Alex, Frank & Elizabeth I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Alex's passing. I will always remember him for his great sense of humor and the crabbing trips he took us on. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He was a great man! Love, Judy, Aaron & Marie
Mr. Wagner owned the company I worked at for over ten years and not only did he give me a career he taught me a lot about life that sticks with me to this very day. I'd like to thank him and his family for every opportunities I got. He leaves a rich legacy behind and I like to think I'm a small part of it.
I was fortunate to be with Mr. Wagner at many occasions, he was always very approachable and willing to talk, he was a good listener and made you feel at ease and that you had his full attention. He was a great Dad as is reflected by his three wonderful children.
