Obituary of Florence Ryan

Florence (Hambloch) Ryan, age 92, died Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg. Mrs. Ryan was born November 18, 1919 in Paterson, the daughter of the late John and the late Elsie (Butterworth) Hambloch. She lived in Belvidere and was formerly of Haledon. Mrs. Ryan was a telephone operator for 23 years at NJ Bell in Midland Park. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Mrs. Ryan is survived by her loving children, John M. Faller, Thomas Ryan and his wife Robyn and Nancy Ryan Johansson and her husband Robert Johansson and, her cherished grandchildren, Lois Faller, Diana Johansson Santos, Lori Johansson and Jarrod Ryan. She was predeceased by her husband, Elmer Ryan in 2004. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Visiting on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
