Obituary of Doris Claire Rusiniak

Doris Claire Rusiniak, age 79, died Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at home in Pompton Plains. She was formerly of Wayne. Mrs. Rusiniak was born December 7, 1931 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Ralph and the late Eleanor (Riley) Penney. She was a retired cafeteria worker for the Wayne Board of Education. Mrs. Rusiniak was a longtime volunteer for the Wayne Interfaith Network and Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pequannock. Mrs. Rusiniak is survived by her beloved children, Stephen and his wife Karen Rusiniak, Paul and his wife Donna Rusiniak, Ann and her husband Rich Murphy and James Rusiniak and his companion Patricia Brovich; her dearest grandchildren, Michael Rusiniak, Tracy Rusiniak, Sandi and her husband Pete McGeough, Paul Jr. and his wife LaToya Rusiniak, Andrew Murphy, Shane Murphy, Jackie Brovich; and her cherished great-granddaughters Madison and Hailey. She was predeceased by her husband Paul in 1999. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Stephen Rozzelle officiating. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
