Obituary of George W Jacobus

George W Jacobus, age 69, died Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Hospice of New Jersey, Wayne. Mr.Jacobus was born January 18, 1942 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late George P and the late Ethel (Hanna) Jacobus. He was a lifelong resident of Totowa. Mr. Jacobus was employed as a Business Representative for UFCW Local 1262 in Clifton before retiring in 2002. Previously, he was a produce manager and the shop steward at Two Guys in Totowa. Mr. Jacobus attended Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church, Wayne He is survived by his wife: Carol A (Wilk) Jacobus and a daughter: Debbie Jacobus. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be Friday at 9:30 am and will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Interment will be in Hainesville Cemetery, Sandyston Township.
