Obituary of Ermend Charles De Boo

Ermend Charles De Boo, age 91, died Monday, August 29, 2011 at home in Wayne. Mr. De Boo was born May 11, 1920 in Clifton, NJ the son of the late Charles Floyd and the late Pearl (Palmer) De Boo. He lived in Wayne since 1963. He served in the US Merchant Marines during World War II. He was employed by Cubic Precision Teterboro as a Machinist and previously at New Era. He is survived by his children: Dick Jones and his wife Patricia, Douglas and his wife Eleanore De Boo, Alan De Boo and his wife Tuyet, Alise Berkenbush and her husband Bruce; son-in-law, Pierre Revelant; one sister: Florence Murphy and one brother: Robert De Boo. 12 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kevin, Joshua and Eric De Boo; Jennifer Fairweather; Keith and David Gormley; Melyssa and Adam Berkenbush; Robin Donivan; Todd Jones and Dana Jacobs and 8 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his Wife, Helen Susan Fletcher and a Daughter, Susan Revelant. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 4-8pm. The funeral will be Friday at 10:00 am will be celebrated by Rev. Mark Rossman. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
