Obituary of Daniel Richard Lione

Daniel Richard Lione, age 67, died Monday, August 15, 2011 at home in Seneca, SC. A native of Mauldin, MA, and formerly of Wayne, NJ, Mr. Lione was the son of the late Dan and Marie (Matthews) Lione. He was a graduate of Wayne Valley High School in New Jersey and Bordentown Military Academy of New Jersey. Mr. Lione was a staff sergeant in the armored division of the National Guard. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Seneca, SC. Mr. Lione was the owner/operator of SNS, Inc. and previously was a second degree black belt and instructor of karate. Mr. Lione is survived by his loving children, Danny Lione, Jr., of Seneca, SC, Darren Lione of Dublin, VA and, Dawn Lione of Alpharetta, GA; his cherished grandchild Riley and, his dear brother Michael Lione of West Union, SC. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Joseph Lione and a beloved sister, Jeanne Hinton. All services in New Jersey are private. A memorial service in South Carolina will be held at a date to be announced.
