Obituary of Theresa Joan Casella

Theresa Joan (Mellott) Casella, age 49, died Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, NY. Mrs. Casella was born October 22, 1961 in Denville, NJ the daughter of the late Bernard and June (Brunner) Mellott. Mrs. Casella lived in Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania. She was a graduate of Morris Catholic High School and Catherine Gibbs Business School. Mrs. Casella was a former member of St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church in Parsippany. Mrs. Casella is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years, Mark H. Casella; her beloved children, Victoria and Bryan; her loving mother June (Brunner) Mellott; her dearest sisters, Ann Marie Harcher, Susan Dolan-Mellott, Diane Catirglione and Jackie Grajera and brothers, Michael Mellott and Robert Mellott. Visiting hours will be Saturday from 2-5 p.m. The funeral will be Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home and will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Private cremation to follow.
