Obituary of Antonio Joseph Papa

Antonio "Tony" Joseph Papa, age 83, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at home in West Milford. Mr. Papa was born December 6, 1927 in Falls River, MA the son of the late Angelo and the late Carmela (Orlando) Papa. Mr. Papa served in the US Marine Corps during WWII and the Korean War. Before retiring, he was an electrician with United States Elevator, Inc. in Fairfield. Mr. Papa was the beloved father of Angela and her husband Sebastian Zborowski and step-father of Susan Velez; devoted grandfather of Samantha and Anthony and dear brother of Camille and Susie. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 7-9 p.m. with a service at 8:30 p.m. that will be celebrated by Rev. Mark Rossman. There will be a private cremation.
