Obituary of Gerald Lynn Mac Neal

Gerald Lynn Mac Neal, age 66, died Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Mr. Mac Neal was born September 30, 1944 in Barton, NY the son of the late Tracey and the late Barbara (Cooper) Mac Neal. He lived in Wanaque for 43 years and was formerly of Ringwood. Mr. Mac Neal served honorably with the 101st Airborne as a medic during the Vietnam War. He was a recipient of the Bronze Star, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal. He was a Life Member of VFW Post 6765. Mr. Mac Neal was self-employed for 28 years, retiring in 2011. Mr. Mac Neal is survived by his beloved wife Barbara (Carlson) Mac Neal; his loving siblings Robert W. Mac Neal of Island Heights, NJ, Richard D. Mac Neal of Tucson, AZ and Marsha J. Kavanaugh of Knoxville, TN; his dear nieces and nephews: Tracy Brasseur of Knoxville, TN, Cindi Warmuth of Waukee, IA, Wendy Rielly of Hewitt, Todd Mac Neal of Paterson, Krisy Chrenko of Norwood, Kelly Beagle of Knoxville, TN, Lauren Mac Neal of Tucson, AZ and Ian Mac Neal of Tucson, AZ.
