Obituary of Donald R. Davis

Donald R. Davis, Sr., age 73, died Friday, February 25, 2011 at home in Wayne. Mr. Davis was born July 22, 1937 in Passaic, the son of the late William and the late Minnie Davis. He was a packer for A&P in Edison before retiring. Mr. Davis survived by his children: Patricia Jennrich, Donna Davis, Donald, Jr., and Michael and his grandchildren: Shawna, Kevin, Jr., Ryan, Danette, Meghan, Erik, Jessie, Victoria and Michael. Mr. Davis was predeceased by his wife, Joan Marie (Ward) in 2002 and his son Kevin in 2009. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 3-5p.m. The funeral will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home and will be celebrated by Rev. Michael McKay. Interment will be in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
