Obituary of Harold Nicholas

Harold "UNK" Nicholas, age 90, died Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the New Jersey Fireman's Home, Boonton. Mr. Nicholas was born January 7, 1920 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late LeRoy and the late Elizabeth ( Millithaler ) Nicholas. He lived in Wayne. He served in the US Navy during World War II. Mr. Nicholas was retired from Paterson Fire Department in 1982 where he served for over 25 years as a Fire Fighter. He is survived by his wife of 67 years: Edith(DeCaprio), one son: Steven And His Wife Ida,his Daughter In Law; Laola Nicholas 3 grandchildren, Beth, Lisa And Steven and a Great Grandson, Ronnie. He was predeceased by his son, Harold. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Private Cremation will follow.
