Obituary of Kathleen M. Bonsick

Kathleen M. Bonsick, MD, age 65, died Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at home in Wayne. She was born October 3, 1944 in Paterson. Dr. Bonsick had her own practice in Wayne for over 35 years, retiring in 2008. Dr. Bonsick is survived by her loving sisters Karen Morabito, Susan Petrella and Debra and her husband Raul Fardin; and her dear brother Paul Bonsick. She will also be sadly missed by her niece Karen-Noel and her husband Frank Ferrara and her great nephews, Michael and Anthony Ferrara. Dr. Bonsick was predeceased by her mother, Rachel (Farnon) Bonsick; her brothers Michael Bonsick and Joseph Bonsick; and her brothers-in-law Anthony Petrella and Joel Morabito. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with a prayer service at 8:30 p.m. There will be a private cremation. Memorial donations in Dr. Bonsick's name may be made to the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, 1 Union Street, Suite301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183.
