Obituary of Doris Marie Schmitt

Doris (Kerwer) Schmitt, age 79, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Hospice Of New Jersey, Wayne. Mrs. Schmitt was born July 9, 1930 in Englewood, NJ the daughter of the late Otto and the late Emma Helen (Sorge) Kerwer. She lived in Wayne and was formerly of Cliffside Park and during her married years, Rochelle Park. Mrs. Schmitt was a member of Avid Mets Fan. She is survived by her children; Donna and her husband Patrick Cochrane and Peter and his wife Diane, one sister: Joan Farley, four grandchildren, Luke, McKenzie, Lara And James 1 niece and 2 Nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest, Jr. in 1988. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m The funeral service will be Wednesday at 10:00 am at the funeral.
