Obituary of Joseph E. Kovalicky

Joseph E. Kovalicky, age 73, of West Milford, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mr. Kovalicky was born November 28, 1936 in Passaic, the son of the late Joseph and the late Julia (Scibior) Kovalicky. He was employed by Wayne Township as the Animal Control Officer and he previously worked for 30 years at Continental Can Co in Passaic. Mr. Kovalicky served in the National Guard and was a volunteer fireman with the Fair Lawn Fire Dept. Mr. Kovalicky is survived by his beloved wife Karin (Weiss); his loving son Michael Joseph; his cherished grandchildren Cortney and Evan; his dear brother and sisters, John Kovalicky, Barbara Lynch and Joan Brake and many loving nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-6 p.m. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
