Obituary of Jessie Mc Cauley

Jessie (Sortino) Mc Cauley, age 80, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2013 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital. Ms. Mc Cauley was born August 19, 1932 in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late John and the late Marie (Gaita) Sortino. She lived in Wayne and formerly in Wyckoff where she raised her family. Ms. Mc Cauley retired in 2000 from the Casino de Charles, Totowa where she was a waitress. She was a former member of St Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park and more recently attended Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church, Wayne. She is survived by her children; Andrew, David, Kathy and her husband Richard Davis, John and his wife Jo Ann, 7 grandchildren: Andrew, Anthony, Nicole, Danielle, Brandon, Kelly and Hunter, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Glenn in 2002. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 5-9PM. The funeral Mass will be Wednesday at 10:00 am at St. Paul's R.C. Church, 286 Haledon Ave, Prospect Park will be celebrated by Msgr. Edward J. Kurtyka. Private cremation will follow.
