Obituary of Emily M. Czopek

Emily M. (nee Czop) Kolis Czopek, died Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Mrs. Czopek was born in Garfield, NJ the daughter of the late Walensy and the late Magdalena (Sciko) Czop. She lived in Wayne. She was employed by Okonite, Ramsey, NJ as a Executive Secretary for many years before retiring. Mrs. Czopek was a parishioner of Our Lady Of The Valley R.C. Church, Wayne and a member of the Wayne Golden Age Club. She is survived by , one son: Stanley and his wife Maureen Kolis and one daughter: Joyce and her husband John Hellebrand.8 Grandchildren; Stanley, Mary, Denise, John, Robert, Joseph, Walter and Glen; 17 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. one sister: Mary Drelich She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Kolis, 2nd husband, Sigmund Czopek, two sisters; Anna Nitus and Stella Fredericks and a brother, Walter Czop. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 9:30 am at Our Lady Of The Valley R.C. Church, 630 Valley Rd., Wayne and will be Celebrated by Fr. James Moss. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi.
