Obituary of Louise K. Deans

Louise K. (Keller) Deans, age 95, died Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mrs. Deans was born November 21, 1913 in Newark, the daughter of the late Charles and the late Matilda (Biederman) Keller. She lived in Manchester and was formerly of Middletown. She was retired from Continental Insurance, New York, NY in 1977 where she was a Human Resources Manager. Mrs. Deans was a member of Presbyterian Church of Toms River. She was a pianist for Haeberle-Barth Funeral Home in Irvington and a church organist.Mrs. Deans is the beloved wife of the late John; dear sister of the late Katherine Stevens; loving aunt of Carolyn Stevens and her husband Don Lynch; Wesley K. and his wife Janice Stevens; and cherished great-aunt of Wesley W. Stevens and Brooke Stevens.Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home and will be celebrated by Rev. Dr. David Joynt. Interment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery, Union.
