Obituary of Richard Heale

Richard "Dick" Heale, age 83, of Totowa, died Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Mr. Heale was born May 17, 1930 in Jersey City, the son of the late Nelson and the late Evelyn (Hudson) Heale. Before retiring in 2000, Mr. Heale was the owner of Capital Credit Systems in Montclair. He attended Grace Bible Church and was a Charter member of the North Jersey Creation Study Group. Mr. Heale was a past president of Montclair Rotary Club 7470 and also a Paul Harris Fellow. He served in the US National Guard and was an avid bowler. Mr. Heale is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Janice (Liccardo); his loving sons, Brian and his wife Kathleen, Timothy and his wife Bridget, and Glenn Heale; his cherished grandchildren, Julie, David, Matthew, Lindsey, Timothy and Jake; and his dear brother Robert K. Heale. Visiting hours will be Monday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 150 Sunset Road, Pompton Plains and will be celebrated by Pastor Paul Rittinger.
