Ruth (Deion) Kaps, age 82, died Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, Paterson. Mrs. Kaps was born June 21, 1939 in New York, NY the daughter of the late Walter and the late May (Price) Deion. She lived in Woodland Park and was formerly of New York, NY. She was a Homemaker. She is survived by her two daughters: Linda Manfredi and Susan Adamo, and one son: Fredrick, Jr.; two sisters: Eleanor and Margaret, two brothers, Harold and Charles Deion; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frederick Carl Kaps and son, Peter Kaps. Cremation was private.
