Obituary of Geraldine "Geri" Hogan

Geraldine "Geri" (Piorkowski) Hogan, age 78, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Milford Manor, West Milford. Geri was born November 18, 1938 in Perth Amboy, the daughter of the late Edward and the late Helen (Kender) Piorkowski. She lived in Woodland Park and was a controller employed for 15 years by National Malting Co. in Paterson. Geri then went on to earn a BS in Psychology at Montclair State University. She was a member of the Wayne Adult Community Center and was a competitive bridge and tennis player.

Geri was the beloved mother of two sons, Kerin Hogan and his wife Lillian Janos, and Shawn Hogan and his wife Ann Marie Nooney; and the dear sister of Jackie Spangler. She was predeceased by her son, Bryan Hogan.

Visiting hours will be Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Cremation will be in private.
