Obituary of Robert Karl Scholing

Robert Karl Scholing, age 79, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson. Mr. Scholing was born on October 16, 1937 in Brooklyn, NT the son of the late Karl and the late Alva (Kinander) Scholing. He was raised in Newport, Long Island as was a Wayne resident for 45 years. Mr. Scholing served in the US Army. He was also a volunteer at the Wayne Animal Shelter, an avid chess player and enjoyed photography. Mr. Scholing is survived by his beloved wife Antoinette (Napoliteno) Scholing; his loving daughters Rita and her husband Chuck Steel and Patricia and her husband Jeffrey George and his cherished grandchildren Madison and Marla Steel and Olivia and Andrew George. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Friends are welcome to attend the funeral service on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd, Wayne.
