Obituary of Bertha Ten Bruggen-Cate

Bertha (Wassenaar) Ten Bruggen-Cate, age 104, died Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Oakland Care Center, Oakland. Mrs. Ten Bruggen-Cate was born August 2, 1910 in the Netherlands, the daughter of the late Jacob and the late Sjouhje (Lingsma) Wassenaar. She lived in Oakland and was formerly of Fair Lawn. She was employed for many years as a Seamstress. She is survived by her grandsons, Patrick Borrelli and David Lydecker. Her husband Peter predeceased her. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:00 am will be celebrated by Doug Weinmann. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
