Obituary of John D. Cannella

John D. Cannella, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. He was born in Fairview, the son of the late Gaspare and the late Anna (Spallina) Cannella. Mr. Cannella lived most of his life in Wayne. He was both a Navy and Army veteran. Mr. Cannella was a program manager employed by Kearfott Guidance & Navigation, Little Falls before retiring. He was a former parishioner of Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church.

Mr. Cannella is survived by his beloved wife Marion (Kamper); his loving daughter Marianne and her husband Scott Murphy, and son John David; his cherished grandchildren Nicholas and his wife Katie Miceli, and Ashley Miceli and Kyle Handoga; his dear brother Joseph; his nieces Karen, Joanne and Lisa; and nephew David.

Friends are welcome to attend the visiting hours on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 3-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

There will be a funeral Mass on will be Monday, March 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne which will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo.

Entombment will follow at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa.
